CHEYENNE, WY (October 2026) — Blue Federal Credit Union is proud to celebrate Michele
Bolkovatz, Vice President of Public Relations and Membership Development, who was recognized
during the 15th Annual Wyoming Women of Influence celebration, honoring women whose
leadership, professional accomplishments, and service are making a meaningful impact across
Wyoming.

Bolkovatz has called Cheyenne home since 1993, the same year she began her career with Blue Federal Credit Union. Over more than three decades with the organization, she has held roles of increasing responsibility while helping strengthen Blue’s relationships with its members, community partners, nonprofit organizations, schools, and charitable organizations throughout the region.

Her work has consistently reflected a belief that financial institutions can play an important role beyond traditional banking - bringing people and organizations together, supporting local causes, and creating stronger communities. Throughout her career, Bolkovatz has helped build partnerships and community initiatives that have contributed to Blue's reputation for community involvement and service.

It’s where I’ve had the opportunity to build my career, raise my family, and form relationships with people and communities that mean so much to me. I’m incredibly honored to receive this recognition, especially knowing it reflects a journey shaped by so many people along the way. I’m also deeply grateful to Blue Federal Credit Union for the support, trust, and opportunities I’ve received throughout my career,” said Bolkovatz.

Originally from Anaconda, Montana, Bolkovatz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Montana State University before moving to Cheyenne. She began her career at Blue as Marketing Director and went on to become Vice President of Public Relations and Membership Development, bringing a passion for community engagement and relationship building to her work.

Her connection to Wyoming extends well beyond her professional responsibilities. Bolkovatz has made Cheyenne her home for more than 30 years and has remained deeply engaged in efforts that support the people, organizations, and communities Blue serves. Her leadership has helped cultivate partnerships with local nonprofits, schools, and charitable organizations and reinforce Blue's role as a community partner.
